When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Processing your order normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by delivery, which generally takes 4–6 business days if you place your order before 3:00 PM (GMT+1). The total delivery time is therefore approximately 5–9 business days.
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded—what should I do?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the stated delivery time. However, delays may occasionally occur during transit. You can track your order at any time via our tracking page: Track shipment.
